We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Wolverhampton office. No experience necessary as full training will be given, we are looking for people with a "can do" attitude, whatever your previous experience, gap personnel can provide you with the tools you need to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:
* Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Generate new business through cold calling
* Arranging and attending new client visits
* Manage and improve service levels for client accounts
* Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation
