Job Description
This role is key to delivering an excellent first impression of the firm, supporting fee‑earners, and ensuring matters are set up efficiently and compliantly from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to new residential property enquiries by phone, email, and online channels
* Preparing and issuing clear, accurate conveyancing quotes in line with firm pricing and procedures
* Explaining the conveyancing process to clients in a clear and approachable manner
* Managing the client onboarding process, including initial documentation and compliance checks
* Opening new files accurately on the case management system
* Liaising closely with conveyancers and support staff to ensure a smooth handover of new matters
* Monitoring progress of onboarding tasks to avoid delays at the start of transactions
* Maintaining high standards of client care and communication throughout the early stages

* A strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working with case management systems and digital processes
