Are you passionate about educating the next generation? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistants. You will be tasked with aiding teachers in delivering high-quality education, Individualising academic approaches to assist pupils, and creating a safe learning environment across different age ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with learning in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Build strong positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Support class teachers with lesson planning, preparation and classroom dynamics.
- Observe and report on children's progress and wellbeing.
- Provide support for pupils with additional needs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and team leading skills.
- A passion for working with children with and adaptable approach
- Strong childcare experience.
- Patient, creative and calm individuals
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principals.
