Responsibilities / Skills
The successful Java Developer will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Java Developer within a commercial environment
* Experience within a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Experience of the full software development life cycle: analysis; design; development; testing and implementation
* Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
* Passion for development and proven commercial experience as a Java Developer
* Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
* A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
* Pragmatic and consultative approach to problem solving
* Friendly & Enthusiastic
* Willing to bring on board new ideas
Technical Skills

* Java J2EE (preferably websphere)
* EJB
* HTML 4/5
* Javascript
* Strong SQL skills
* Ajax

* Application Server Admin (Websphere 8.1)
