The Opportunity:
Weâre looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias M&E Engineer to join a highly professional engineering team at a prestigious Central London site, located just a short walk from Charing Cross. The role offers a substantial training and upskilling budget, including opportunities for AP training and further career-enhancing qualifications.
What Youâll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
* Fault-finding and repairing mechanical systems
* HVAC, pumps, motors, FCUs, AHUs, and associated building services equipment
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures
* Working within a high-security environment requiring professionalism and attention to detail
* Participating in a 1 in 6 call-out rota
What Weâre Looking For
* Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent)
* Strong building services maintenance experience within commercial or critical environments
* Good all-round M&E knowledge with an mechanical bias
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC/DV clearance
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
