Source Supply are working closely with a number of schools across Stockton on Tees to recruit exceptional teaching assistants to provide day-to-day, short and long-term cover.
Starting as soon as possible, these temporary positions are ideal for both newly qualified and more experienced teaching assistants looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work across a range of schools and settings providing general classroom and small group or 1-to-1 support.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
* Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or be able to evidence they are working towards this).
* Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
* Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
* Be comfortable supporting the class teacher to deliver a range of lessons.
* Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
