Your Role Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties Assist teachers in adapting lessons and delivering engaging, personalised learning activities Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing classroom setting Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment About the School A dedicated SEND provision with an excellent reputation for its student-centred approach Supports children and young people with ASD and additional complex needs Provides personalised learning through 1:1 sessions and small nurture groups A friendly, collaborative team with strong leadership and access to ongoing CPD opportunities ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in school, care, or community settings) A patient, flexible, and proactive approach to learning and behaviour Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for helping young people reach their full potential Able to provide professional references and hold a valid enhanced DBS As a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
