Want to help the UK hit Net Zero by 2050? Join a leading Oil & Gas Operator UK’s Decommissioning Team and play a key role in safely retiring and repurposing offshore oil and gas assets.
You’ll ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards, working closely with technical teams to streamline approvals, manage risk assessments, and engage with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and track Environmental Permit applications and compliance reports
✅ Draft Environmental & Safety sections in decommissioning plans and close-out reports
✅ Manage risk assessments (HAZID, ENVID) and drive continuous improvements
✅ Ensure regulatory requirements are captured, updated, and met
✅ Lead audits, sustainability initiatives, and contractor compliance efforts
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional written English and a sharp eye for detail
Strong time management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
A proactive mindset with the confidence to drive a positive compliance culture
Familiarity with MS Office and the ability to quickly pick up new systemsLocation: Norwich working Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week.
