What skills and experience are we looking for in candidates? Minimum of 12 months experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs Dedicated, honest, reliable and compassionate nature Excellent communication skills Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamResponsibilities: Provide support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Daily tasks will often include personal care, meal preparation and moving and assisting Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings Monitor and report any changes in clients' behaviour or health conditions Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progressWhy should you join Vibe Care?
