Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
* Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
* Convert business needs into practical learning experiences.
* Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
* Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
What we are looking for:
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
* Manage projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
* Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Drive innovation and leverage digital technology tools.
* CAA/ACA/CA qualification with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
