Overview


Scope of the role: To provide administrative support to the Hitchin commercial and operational teams ensuring governance is maintained in-line with quality, safety procedures and systems.


Responsibilities


Core responsibilities:

Safety

* Ensure all safety procedures are followed

Quality

* Ensure all procedures and processes are followed in line with quality management system

Delivery

* Support operational teams with administrative tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
* Work closely with technical teams to generate client proposals
* Engage with clients to ensure high level of proposal through put is maintained
* Provide administrative support to commercial team
* Meet set commercial KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Attend team and leadership daily meetings
* Meet set operational KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Generate commercial and operational data for management review
* Support commercial team with proposal generation.
* Attend client meetings online and in person.
* Support commercial and operational teams with business improvements
