Key Responsibilities
* Help manage daily front-of-house operations
* Support and guide team members during service
* Handle bookings, customer inquiries, and coordinate with the kitchen
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
* Efficiently run the restaurant in the absence of the manager

* Previous experience in a similar role
* A hands-on approach and good communication skills
* A positive attitude and team spirit
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
