What’s the Role?
As an Area Sales Representative, you'll represent our Highways Division across a defined regional territory - including Warwickshire, the West Midlands, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, East Anglia and parts of South Wales.
You'll introduce customers to our wide range of environmental and safety products, from road and water safety to winter maintenance. This is not a cold-calling job - you’ll build real relationships with local authorities, contractors, and public-sector professionals.
The Territory:
This is a large but manageable patch best suited to someone centrally based in or around Warwick, Northampton, Coventry, Birmingham, Milton Keynes or Banbury. Expect regional day travel with occasional overnights for events, remote client visits, or team meetings.
What You'll Do:
* Visit customers in person to demo and discuss our product range
* Manage your own territory and build strong, long-term client relationships
* Prospect new clients and follow up on warm leads
* Monitor trends, feedback and opportunities in the market
* Attend industry trade shows and support product innovation
What You’ll Need:
* Experience in field sales, business development, customer service or account management
* Experience selling capital tangible goods
* Great people skills and a confident, persuasive communication style
* Motivation to work independently and hit your goals
* Full UK driving licence
* Bonus: knowledge of local authority, construction, highways or safety product markets - but not essential
