We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Team Lead to join the team at leading technology and Software company based in Bury St Edmunds. As the Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Helpdesk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the help desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and requests
* Develop and implement standard SLAs and best practices to streamline help desk processes and ensure consistent service delivery
