Qualified Nursery Nurse
Nurse Seekers is proud to be working on behalf of two quality day nurseries, one being OUTSTANDING rated by Ofsted and the other a BRAND-NEW setting! Both nurseries are looking to employ a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join their settings near Epping and Loughton, on either a full or part-time basis. The successful candidate must have a true passion for childcare and be committed to providing the highest level of care and education for children attending the nursery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that the company's values are maintained.
2. Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
3. Supervise and support children at all times.
4. Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
5. Prepare and supervise activities.
6. Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
7. Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
8. Adhere to any changes in policies, procedures, and operational practices within the required timescale.
9. Notify the line manager of any concerns regarding company policies, procedures, and practices.
10. Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues.
11. Ensure confidentiality where appropriate.
12. Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and undertake training as required.
13. Work as part of a team to uphold the company's values.
