Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Team Manager in the day-to-day management and leadership of a busy adult locality team.
* Provide professional supervision and support to social workers and other team members.
* Deputise for the Team Manager as required, including attending meetings and making key decisions.
* Manage complex cases and provide expert guidance to the team on best practice.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure the team's work is compliant with statutory requirements and local policies.
