Role Overview:
As part of the Le Col Custom team, you’ll build strong relationships, grow accounts, and help us reach new customers within the UK and beyond. This is a junior-to-intermediate role — ideal for someone with 1–3 years of sales or account management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service and be ready to develop into a key member of the Le Col Custom team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts.
* Contribute to sales targets and company growth through new business development and account management.
* Present and promote products to customers, clearly communicating features and benefits.
* Manage and track sales pipelines, leads, and opportunities through CRM systems.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
* Assist accountancy, digital, graphic and production departments through the sales process in a prompt and detail orientated manner
Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in sales and account management (preferably in sports, apparel, or outdoor industries).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine interest in cycling and/or knowledge of the custom cycling apparel market.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
* Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts.
* Must have good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office and Shopify.
* Willingness to travel within the UK to visit clients and attend events.
