Purpose
Reporting directly to the company Transport Manger to ensure all aspects of the Transport Tanker Operations run smoothly in accordance with Driver hours regulations, with the main focus on good customer service ensuring all collections are completed effectively and customers are liaised with if at risk of receiving a poor service. To ensure all adhere to the companys policies, in line with Tardis standards and current legislation. Effectively manage and oversee all Transport Administration requirements as directed within the department and across all areas of the business.
