This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey!
We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across Must Have Ideas.
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast growth of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
- Creating job adverts aligned to our communication style
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
- Partnering with hiring managers on role scoping and decision-making
- Proactively sourcing candidates and building pipelines
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Supporting employer brand initiatives
- Maintaining recruitment metrics
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
- Experience in in-house or agency recruitment
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Organised and proactive
