Role Details:
Working as a project planner with P6 experience to support the delivery of an integrated programme of work, support the Planning Manager with schedule integrity and development and reporting. Where required to, the Planner will help support the Assistant Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6
2. Collaborate with Project Managers and Delivery Teams for progress tracking
3. Conduct quality checks on internal and supplier programmes
4. Generate month-end reports and stakeholder outputs
5. Build integrated programmes across disciplines
6. Analyse critical paths, milestones, and support QSRA and Earned Value Reporting
Key Requirements:
Essential:
7. Strong experience with Primavera P6
8. Experience across the full project lifecycle
9. Skilled in monthly programme updates and supplier schedule reviews
10. Understanding of risk and opportunity management
11. Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Desirable:
13. Ideally 4–5 years of planning experience
14. Familiarity with NEC Projects
15. Experience with integrated programmes
