Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the assigned installation
* Completing installations in line with survey specifications, client requirements, and all relevant regulatory standards
* Reporting any issues that prevent completion to the installation supervisor
* Completing all contract-specific paperwork at the time of installation and obtaining required signatures
* Carrying out duties professionally and courteously, showing respect for customers property and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Returning to recall visits when requested by the installation supervisor
* Completing installations within agreed timeframes
* Completing all required documentation, including timesheets and health & safety monitoring forms
* Ensuring all health, safety, and environmental procedures and standards are followed
* Ensuring all certification and documentation is completed accurately
Qualifications and Experience
* Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications
* Full UK driving licence (with minimal penalty points)
* Experience within social housing (desirable but not essential)
* Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
* Ability to work effectively with a diverse customer base
