We're looking for a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our friendly school team.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You'll supervise classes, manage classroom behaviour, and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure a productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set work to classes in the teacher's absence
Maintain a positive and focused classroom atmosphere
Follow school policies on behaviour and safeguarding
Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
About You:
Confident, calm, and approachable with excellent communication skills
Able to manage a classroom effectively and engage students
Flexible and organised with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a school setting or with young people is desirable but not essential
