The Manager, Digital Web Analytics is responsible for driving major impact by unifying digital performance measurement across all channels and transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly improve lead quality, user experience, and revenue efficiency. By standardizing analytics frameworks and leveraging tools like GA4, Dreamdata, Medallia, SearchAtlas and Semrush, the Manager of Digital Web Analytics will enable data-driven decisions that elevate marketing performance and connect digital engagement to measurable business growth. This position reports to the Director, Global Digital Solutions and is part of the Strategic Marketing team located in Alderley Edge, UK and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: The Manager, Digital Web Analytics will serve as the organization's subject matter expert in digital analytics, overseeing measurement, reporting, and insights across web, mobile, social, email, and media channels to drive engagement and optimize lead quality. This position will establish standardized, action-oriented reporting frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Dreamdata, Medallia, and SearchAtlas / Semrush to unify digital performance tracking and guide data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales functions. Through advanced analytics and insight generation, the Manager will identify growth opportunities, improve user journeys, and enhance conversion efficiency-ultimately supporting higher-quality lead generation and sustained digital engagement. The Manager, Digital Web Analytics role is the expert, owning cross-channel measurement (web, mobile, social, email, media) and building standardized, action-oriented reporting that clearly informs business decisions and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as Google Analytics 4, Dreamdata, Medallia, and SearchAtlas / Semrush to uncover insights that increase digital engagement, improve user journeys, and drive higher-quality lead conversion and revenue impact. The essential requirements of the job include 5 years experience in digital analytics, with ownership of cross-channel measurement and reporting for web, mobile, email, social, and paid media campaigns.? 4 years hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, including event configuration, custom dimensions/metrics, and building explorations to support business questions.? 3 years experience with B2B attribution or revenue analytics tools such as Dreamdata (or similar), connecting marketing touchpoints to pipeline and revenue outcomes.? 3 years experience with customer experience/voice-of-customer platforms such as Medallia (or similar), integrating qualitative feedback with behavioral data to identify optimization opportunities.? 3 years experience with SEO and content performance analytics using platforms like SearchAtlas (or comparable SEO suites), focused on organic traffic quality and conversion. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Ability to travel 5% Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Building standardized, automated dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio, BI tools, or similar) that translate complex data into clear, action-oriented insights.? Applying A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize user journeys, engagement, and on-site/on-page conversion performance.? Partnering with marketing and sales teams to define KPIs, interpret results, and drive improvements in lead quality and funnel efficiency.?
