Service Desk Analyst
Our client based in South Manchester is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst. The Service Desk Analyst will provide day-to-day support for the Service Desk team.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and support all the administrative duties as directed by the Head of Implementations and Service Desk on a day-to-day basis.
2. Assist with coordination & monitoring of team training & development plan.
3. Analysis of Support tickets to identify both internal/external training requirements.
