Job Description
3. Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment collection.
4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies.
6. Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all financial transactions.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
9. Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
10. Support the accounting & finance department with additional tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:
11. A background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
12. Proficiency in financial software Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage financial data effectively.
14. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Effective communication abilities to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving account discrepancies.
