Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer Location: Driffield – North Dalton Salary: £45,000 - £56,000 Industry: FMCG/ Food Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift: 4 Days per week – 6am-6pm (Weekend Overtime Available) Hours: 48 Hours Per Week Benefits: * Clear progression path to Team Leader/ Supervisor * Competitive salary depending on experience * Stable, long-established manufacturing business * Modern production environment with continued investment in machinery and facilities * Supportive engineering team and management structure * Secure role within a growing production operation Multi-Skilled Engineer Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and site equipment * Identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise production downtime * Support ongoing maintenance planning and site improvement projects * Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment * Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance * Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures at all times * Maintain accurate maintenance logs and engineering documentation * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a FMCG/ Food Manufacturing environment * Mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills * 50/50 split minimum (Electrical bias preferred) * Electrical Qualifications (Desirable)
