About the Role
This is a slower-paced HGV Class 1 driving role, ideal for someone looking for a steady, predictable schedule and a chance to unwind while still staying active and involved. Youll be part of a supportive team, helping keep the site and vehicles in top condition, without the stress of constant high-pressure deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive vehicles to MOT and other locations as required
* Collection and delivery of vehicles
* Road test vehicles when requested
* Maintain workshop housekeeping tidy bins, tools, and work areas
* Yard tidying and vehicle parking
* Perform basic site repairs and odd jobs
* Conduct weekly checks (pits, ladders, lights, doors, etc.)

Requirements
* HGV Class 1 licence mandatory
* Reliability and a good work ethic
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely
* Comfortable performing light site maintenance and yard duties
