Based at a prestigious London landmark, you'll be more than a friendly face at the reception desk—you'll be a key presence in shaping how guests, colleagues, and clients experience the space. From curating the look and feel of your surroundings to ensuring seamless day-to-day service, you'll deliver an exceptional experience at every opportunity.

What You'll Do:
As a Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the go-to presence on site—visible, proactive, and always ready with a warm welcome or a helping hand. You'll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest and colleague experience every day by:
* Delivering a professional and personal guest experience
Greet and register all guests and parcels using internal systems, escort visitors to their meetings, and provide a warm, efficient welcome that sets the tone for their entire visit.
* Creating a standout workplace environment
Conduct twice-daily floor walkarounds and workplace inspections to ensure every space is safe, clean, and inviting. Maintain meeting rooms throughout the day so they're always ready, well-stocked, and looking their best.
* Managing the details that make a difference
Handle incoming mail and parcels with accuracy and care, keeping everything logged and delivered smoothly.
* Collaborating across service lines
Work closely with cleaning, technical, building management, AV, IT, and events teams to support colleagues and guests—staying one step ahead to deliver a seamless experience. You'll play a key role in creating a joined-up, proactive workplace environment by working as #OneMitie.
* Taking ownership of the workplace experience
Log work orders, coordinate services, and support daily operations with pride, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Who You Are:
You're naturally people-focused, solutions-driven, and thrive in polished, fast-paced environments. You'll bring:
* 1–2 years' experience in hospitality, luxury retail, corporate concierge, airlines, or similar.
* A positive, can-do mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Immaculate personal presentation, with the confidence and warmth of a professional host.
* Tech confidence across Outlook, Teams, Chrome, visitor booking tools, radios/headsets, and tablets.
* Organised, detail-focused, adaptable—and calm under pressure.
