OVERVIEW:
-You will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short:term lending transactions
-Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related ancillary documentation
-The appointed solicitor will provide strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
-Applications are welcome from candidates at any PQE level, provided you have at least some exposure to bridging
-Commercial property experience is also beneficial
-Remote working will be considered after 2 months in the role
-Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.
