Early Years Advisory Teacher

We are looking for an experienced, passionate early years practitioner, with qualified teacher’s status and leadership skills to join our established early years advisory team.
The successful applicant will help to drive quality improvement in the early years, with the key objective of improving outcomes for children and young people in Newham. Key accountabilities of the role include
• To provide support on Learning and development, in accordance with the EYFS Statutory Framework
• To develop personalised and specific improvement strategies and support their implementation with a balance of challenge, pace, tact and sensitivity
• Support the delivery of the Quality improvement and childcare sufficiency strategy
• Take forward effective partnerships with schools, settings and family practitioners.
• To promote and contribute to inclusive practice
• To promote strong safeguarding practice
