Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Home Based, Field Sales Role with a hybrid company car)
Company Overview: Our client, a well-established facilities management services provider with over 50 years of experience, a turnover exceeding £10 million, and a workforce of nearly 300 employees plus 600 subcontractors, is seeking to expand its sales team. The company specializes in facilities management and aims to increase its presence in the London and South East regions.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Drive new business development and manage existing client relationships within the South East and West London areas.
2. Attend multiple client appointments daily to win, retain, and grow customer accounts.
3. Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 75 clients, including medical practices, solicitors, recruitment agencies, doctors, dentists, and law firms, overseeing a business value of around £800K.
Candidate Requirements:
* Location preference around SE London or West London, with flexibility for the right candidate.
* Proven B2B field sales experience, preferably in service sectors such as finance, advertising, consultancy, recruitment, or facilities management.
* Independent, well-presented, personable, and organized.
* Valid driving license essential.
