Your newpany

You will be working for a large social housingpanyas a tenancy Enforcement Support Officer in the Sheffield area.

Your new role

Accurate collation and analysis of a variety of data to provide performance reports and to inform policy decision and interventions - including quality monitoring across the service.Accessing and analysing information held onputer systems, customer satisfaction surveys and case files.Maintain links with service partners and localmunities to ensure that quantitative and qualitative data are shared and used to inform plans and strategiesProvide practical guidance and support in the development of strategies and delivery plans, including reviewing existing policy context, providing evidence and policy options appraisals and engaging with stakeholdersAssisting with policy/procedure, system development and training for ASB and Tenancy Management functionsInput, maintain, locate and retrieve sensitive data usingputerised and manual systemsAccurate collation of information of a sensitive nature in relation to safeguarding meetingsProduce quality documents using a range of IT applicationsMaintain and update administrative records accurately and produce information as required, including update of customer codes onputer systemsEnsure all relevant policies and procedures are followed for the storage and transmission of sensitive dataProvide an efficient and effective advice service to internal and external customers, including information in relation to risk assessmentsPrioritise and organise your own workloadContribute to team work to ensure service delivery priorities are metMaintain strong, positive working relationships and provide help and assistance to internal teams and external partner agencies including Police, Probation and the Prison ServiceAny related duties and responsibilities as may ariseAll duties and responsibilities should be carried out in accordance with agreed Council policy and procedures, in particular, the Council’s policies on Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety
Job Purpose
1. To provide a point of contact for internal teams and external agencies for sharing sensitive information
2. To ensure accurate statistics and data are collated for performance monitoring purposes, and that information is collated and shared appropriately with the relevant services and stakeholders
3. To provide efficient and effective customer service, administrative and financial support


The role is a Perm role and the salary is £29,093 - £31,586.

You will be working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Ability tomunicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writingAbility to analyse and interpret statistical information to produce clear and concise reportsAbility to establish, maintain and develop effective working relationships with internal and external partnersProven organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work
