Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and comprehensive D&T lessons across various specialisms, including Product Design, Textiles, Food Technology, and Resistant Materials.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and innovation.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and practical development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the D&T curriculum and contribute to the school's wider educational objectives.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Design and Technology.
* Proven experience teaching D&T at the secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge across various D&T disciplines and a passion for fostering creativity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
