What your day to day would look like in this Commercial Property Solicitor - 12M FTC:
* Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant issues, and development projects.
* Giving clear, practical advice on complex property transactions.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property documents.
* Conducting due diligence, advising on title, planning, regulatory compliance, and risk matters.
* Working closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, and planning teams to provide joined-up solutions.
* Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring all work meets SRA and firm quality standards.
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, helping the firm maintain its excellent reputation in the property market.
What we're looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid experience in commercial property.
* Someone confident managing complex property transactions and a varied caseload.
* Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness.
* Experience advising businesses, investors, or landowners is ideal.
