This post sits within the Planning & Reporting Team, providing a support service to the Operations Directorate teams. You will provide administration support, including facilitating the purchase of goods and services and supporting ongoing recruitment.
Overview of the post and team:
You will work as part of the Operations Directorate of Historic Environment Scotland, based at Fort George. The team supports staff across Monuments and Depots in the North Region, including high-profile sites such as Fort George, Urquhart Castle, and Skara Brae.
The administrative support team comprises one Office Manager and three Administrative Officers, including this position.
Key responsibilities, duties, and objectives:
* Processing and collating financial orders and goods received notes using Oracle Fusion.
* Monitoring reports and supporting contract and finance-related matters.
* Organising and attending meetings, including taking minutes.
* Performing general administrative duties, such as data collation, and organising accommodation and transport.
* Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting hiring managers with recruitment processes, managing Fusion Recruitment, and collating pre-employment paperwork.
* Managing Document Centre responsibilities.
* Assisting the Office Manager with specific tasks and ad-hoc projects.
