We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, ideally with experiencein finance systems to lead this transformative effort. This is a new, full-timeposition that offers the opportunity to shape the future of finance technologyat Haven.
Your Opportunity:
As the Senior Product Manager for FinanceSystems, you'll be at the heart of driving the Product Roadmap for financetechnical products. You will work closely with a broad cross-functional teamincluding stakeholders, other Product Managers, integration, and data technicalsquads to deliver outstanding finance services that delight our users.
What We’d Like You to Bring:
Strategic Leadership: Overseeing theend-to-end product discovery, development, and management, ensuring that theneeds of our users are central to every product decision.
Collaboration: Working with key suppliers andthe Technology Director to manage the Finance product roadmap, achievingobjectives and outcomes that align with Haven's strategic goals.
Innovation: Placing experimentation at thecore of the process, leading product tender processes, and ensuring continuouslearning and evolution of our product offerings.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience withSaaS finance products, agile development frameworks, and product managementmethodologies.
Understanding of systems accounting and moderndigital technologies used in finance environments.
Proven experience in planning and creatingproduct roadmaps, managing a product process, and prioritising based on value.
Excellent communication skills and experienceworking within a cross-functional product team in a high-traffic financeenvironment.
Experience in understanding competitorproducts and experience in high-traffic B2C environments is crucial.
Prior experience using ERP and payrollproducts like Unit4 ERPx, Zillis, Resource-link, or similar is desirable.
