Howden Medical Group Practice cares for approximately 12,400 patient and is located within Howden Health Centre. We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our current Practice Team. Our team consists of 6 GP Partners, 1 Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 Healthcare Assistants, 1 Phlebotomist and an Administration Team of 16. Additionally we are a Training Practice and routinely have a GPST and an FY2 (Training Doctors) in the Practice.
We are a friendly, innovative team who enhance our patient and staff journey by communication and listening to them.
Wider support is provided to the Practice by NHS Lothian provision of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Practice Mental Health Nurse and Advanced Physiotherapists.
This is a permanent part time role of 25 hours per week working 2 shift patterns, one week of mornings followed by one week of afternoons.
