We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Accounts
Payable to join our incredible Finance team at Pan Pacific
London.
You show confidence, empathy
and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates
alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best
experience for our guests.

JOB SUMMARY
As an Accounts Payable in Finance,
you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
Your tasks as an Accounts Payable will include, but not be limited to:

Ensure all suppliers' invoices are accounted for
correctly, adhering to the procedure to process and pay invoices in a timely
manner.
·
Ensure all inflow of invoices through
purchasing, post and email are monitored daily to keep a smooth flow and
control of processing.
·
Liaise with department heads to ensure all
invoices are approved before paying.
·
Ensure the coding of invoices reflects correct
budgets and cost centres.
