Sales Account Manager | £38,000 – £42,000 + Car Allowance + OTE
We are working in partnership with a high-growth software organisation to recruit a commercially driven Sales Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with SaaS experience—ideally within job management or field service—to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving new business and revenue growth.
The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to deal closure. You will take a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate value.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging, and consistent product demonstrations
* Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with appropriate coverage
* Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activity
* Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Accurately maintain CRM data to support forecasting and reporting
* Develop relationships with new customers and partners
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process

* Performance & Delivery: Quality and consistency of product demonstrations
* Pipeline value and coverage ratio
* Accuracy and maintenance of CRM data for forecasting
Top KRA Metrics
* Revenue performance (Total Contract Value, MRR & OTR)
* Sales activity levels (calls, meetings, emails)
* Acquisition of new customers and partners
About You
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software sales, ideally within job management or field service solutions
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
* Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
* Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven
