Join our team as an Installation Scheduler to support our team on a fixed term basis covering a period of maternity leave. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate both reactive and planned installation work. Your mission will be to efficiently schedule appointments that align with our customers' needs while making the most of our available resources. Key Responsibilities Connect with both new and existing customers, ensuring they receive the most suitable appointment dates Be the go-to support and primary point of contact for field-based Sales Representatives and Installers. Efficiently schedule all reactive and planned tasks to the right resources, keeping an eye on location, necessary skills/expertise, and response times. Optimise diaries to maximise productivity while being flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines. Follow up on any jobs that are incomplete and reallocate them according to our service level agreements. Take the initiative to identify upselling opportunities. Assist in our mission to consistently deliver outstanding customer satisfaction scores. Cultivate rapport and foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues during every interaction. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires constant collaboration with key stakeholders, customers, installers, and third parties. Requirements Excellent communications skills Strong keyboard skills and experience of using CRM software (Salesforce would be advantageous). Previous experience in a scheduling role is advantageous but not mandatory. Work effectively under pressure within a busy environment Manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure Able to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner Positive attitude, setting a good example, and fostering a positive work environment.
