Lead Operations Manager – Salary circa £50,000 (depending on skills and experience)

We have an exciting opportunity at Aviva to become a Lead Operations Manager in our Partnerships team.
About the job:
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Operations, this position is key in driving and delivering the Operations Strategy, including onboarding new partners and overseeing migration programs. The role also significantly contributes to shaping our Digital agenda and ensuring excellent service delivery through strategic management of contact support, workflow, and resource planning. The role requires the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to facilitate decision-making and change. Planning up to 12 months ahead, the role involves anticipating the needs of customers, banking partners, and regulatory changes while achieving our Strategic Priorities. You will be responsible for leading 12-15 managers and their teams, totaling around 100-150 staff.
Skills and experience required:
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience motivating and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results
* Proven experience in managing large teams
* Expertise in making informed resourcing decisions
* Experience implementing improvements and driving change based on customer insights
* Accountability for conduct, risk, and customer outcomes
