Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private Networks division. We focus on finding the best technology, managing assets, and refreshing systems. With 24/7 network operations, we ensure everything runs smoothly, including comprehensive repair and maintenance to keep systems in top shape.

This is a UK-wide hybrid position involving participation in an on-call rota with occasional meetings in Warwickshire/Wokingham.
What will you be doing?
* Managing the OSS suite of services and underlying infrastructure as part of a 2nd Line team.
* Proactive and reactive incident management.
* User Access Management & Vulnerability Management System Governance to ensure effective service operation.
* Providing Out of Hours Support via an On-Call Rota.
What will you bring?
* Experience supporting OSS applications at 2nd and 3rd Line levels.
* Experience working with developers/vendors implementing fixes or system improvements.
* Knowledge of LINUX and Microsoft Operating Systems.
* Exposure to ITIL Methodologies.
* The ability to explain complex technical issues in simple, customer-centric language.
