The service has developed an enhanced workforce to support its medical structure, including specialty doctors, more trainees (including 3 Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners, 2 of whom qualify in Jan '25), and a Multi-professional Approved Clinician.

Additionally, the Psychological Therapies Division has been expanded, further strengthening its trauma-informed approach.

Flexible working is supported, with a recent hybrid working policy update.

This post attracts a 30% RRP, based on the bottom of the National Consultant (2003) pay scale, subject to review, paid as a golden hello over 2 years.
