They are currently seeking a motivated and professional Sales Valuer to strengthen their dynamic team. As a Sales Valuer, your role would involve:
1. Identify and value properties for sale, providing accurate and competitive appraisals
2. Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to secure listings
3. Negotiate offers and assist clients through the sales process
4. Conduct property viewings and market the properties effectively
5. Maintain detailed records and manage your pipeline efficiently
6. Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
About you:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' estate agency experience and proven valuing expertise. You should demonstrate the ability to close for business confidently, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hold a full UK driving licence. A proactive, client-focused attitude will be key to your success in this role. Having a good understanding of the property market in Newcastle and the surrounding areas would be advantageous, but not essential.

8. £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
