The Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Operations Director will lead and develop the Operations function across a multi-site organisation, with accountability for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day operational delivery. The focus is on strengthening operational resilience, embedding Continuous Improvement, and ensuring excellence across S&OP, supply chain, and production.
