Act as the quality gate between factory output and final install
What Were Looking For Proven joinery installation experience (essential)
Strong background in commercial installations
High attention to detail finishes matter here
Calm, capable lead on site who takes ownership
Professional when dealing with clients and main contractors
Able to read drawings and identify issues before they become problems
