M&M Supply, a new education agency, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to join and supply schools on a temporary and long term basis.

About the Role:
* Supporting teachers in the classroom to create an engaging learning environment.
* Assisting with the delivery of lessons and small group activities.
* Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
* A passion for working with children and supporting their education.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Right to work in the UK
* x2 Recent References
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
