We are seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead our technical strategy, drive innovation, and build a world-class engineering team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development of our core platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, while establishing the ground work for future Software Engineers to build on. You will work closely with the Head of Product, Head of Operations and CEO to align engineering initiatives with business goals while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Work closely with Product and Operations teams to align engineering efforts with business needs.
Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in a high-growth startup.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and backend architecture.
