Behaviour Mentor
Location: Hull
Salary Scale: £76 - £95 p.d

GSL Education are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a school in Hull, supporting students with behavioural challenges to achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to improve behaviour and engagement.
Develop trusting relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor.
Implement behaviour management strategies and plans in collaboration with the teaching team.
Monitor and report on student progress in behaviour and learning.
Participate in training and development opportunities related to SEMH and behaviour management.
Requirements:
Experience in a mentoring, youth work, or similar role, with a focus on behaviour management.
Understanding of the challenges faced by students with behavioural issues.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
Resilience, patience, and a positive, encouraging approach.
A commitment to professional growth and development in the field of education.
