Job responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of operational performance, people management and business delivery.
* Lead the team, support a positive working culture, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
* Help ensure the practice meets all regulatory requirements, including NHS contractual obligations and CQC standards.
